Return/Refund policy: No returns on purchased art, unless damaged by DeeLashee. DeeLaShee Artistry is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages due to shipping or USPS. No returns or exchanges on jewelry due to Covid. Please email DeeLashee1@gmail.com for a resolution, if possible.

- Wrong address: please cancel and reorder, if not possible or you used a discount code, contact DeeLaShee1@gmail.com and wait for a confirmation that your new address was received.

Handmade Jewelry: DeeLaShee is NOT responsible for any allergies or medical issues allegedly caused by DeeLaShee custom jewelry . Please be aware of sensitivities you may have and purchase accordingly . If you have a specific question about a material used, email at DeeLaShee1@gmail.com

Due to the nature of handmade clay products, please note there may be differences in color or patterns even if you get 2 of the same earrings. Clay is unpredictable ! Your piece may not look exactly like the photo.

PROCESSING TIMES: Your order will take UP TO 15 DAYS. I am a small business. Each item is made in house by me. You will have to wait the FULL 15 DAYS sometimes. Please do not email me about your order until the 16th day of not receiving a tracking number.
